Kim Foye is a Registered Nurse with over two decades of clinical experience across hospital, home care, and community health settings. Her passion for patient advocacy was born from witnessing firsthand how patients and families can feel lost, unheard, and overwhelmed within a complex healthcare system.
After years of working within the system, Kim founded Advocacy Cares with a singular mission: to ensure that every person receives the care, respect, and guidance they deserve. She brings clinical expertise, compassionate listening, and a fierce commitment to her clients' wellbeing to every engagement.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a board-certified Patient Advocate. She has worked with individuals, families, home care agencies, and small businesses across Maryland and beyond, earning a reputation for thoroughness, warmth, and results.
